Streaming to iPad iPhone
Hi,
Today I'm having problems when it comes to streaming content from my PC to my iPad and iPhone. It worked just fine, but now something is preventing both devices from processing the content properly.
I'm using VLC streamer, StreamToMe and iMediaShare. All of those are experiencing the same issue, when used on the iPad or iPhone.
The content will be streamed to the device and it will show that the content has been completed processing, but when you want to play, it will remaing on buffering/loading/whatever and only play on a fixed number of seconds.
Streaming to any other device doesn't seem to be a problem, since I can perfectly stream it to my Smart-TV.
First I thought this would be a problem with a certain app, but ALL the apps are experiencing EXACT the same issues on both iPad and iPhone.
My firewall and anti-virus are all turned of, so that shouldn't interfere with the connection. If it would interfere, the content wouldn't be completed in the app anyway, so I have no idea what on earth's going on. It worked fine for months, untill today. Nothing has changed in my network setup or anything else. This is completely random.

IPad 4 no sound won't play video
Hello, My IPad 4 is about 2 months old and sometime in this last week lost sound and won't play video. It's not on mute, the volume is up. I've been using it to watch television online since i got it, so I am aware of the settings and the volume buttons (plus the button toggle, I have it on sound). Why I'm asking this question as a new one is because it won't even play the videos I've taken with the IPad. We don't hook it up to anything and there's not much on there but games. There are three apps that I've installed since the last time I was able to watch something and those are a chess app, Small World, and a solitare game. What am I missing? Is there anything else I can try? (besides factory restore. I still need to research the different reset options...)

imessage and other Issues with 3rd Gen iPad
Hi there, just got a 3rd Gen iPad for the mrs and so far it's been great.
However, several rather annoying issues have developed and I can't seem to find the right trouble shooting for it, so I thought I'd try here.
So here they are:
iMessage & facetime don't work
Issue 1- Each time she uses her Apple ID log in for either feature a message "iMessage Activation: Could no sign in. Please check your network connection and try again". I've checked the network settings, I've reset them on the iPad and yet it seems to persist. Her appleID is valid as it works on her iPhone, which is using the same network/Wifi as the iPad, yet the iPad seems to decide it doesn't want to activate. I've signed in on my appleID and the same message seems to appear
Issue 2 - When using apps like Chrome a constant message will appear "Connect to iTunes to use push notifications" every time the app is open. This has been done, it's been backed up and it has connected to iTunes, yet these messages still pop up each time chrome is opened.

trying to update apple store app safari says invalid address. What correct address
The app store app has disappeared. When I went to settings-general-restrictions, I don't know the 4 digit code. So, I searched the apple store app. I got a message that said I needed to update it. When I clicked update, I got a message the Safari could not open the page because the address is invalid. How do I fix this?

Back up problems
When attempting to back up my iPad Mini, I keep getting the message "Attempting to copy the the Hard Disk failed. You do not have enough access privileges for this operation".
I have more than adequate space on the disc, so what is this all about?
The same thing when I try to back up my iPhone 5.

Does anyone else have a problem when you attach iPad to pc it won't start charging the battery. Mine just says not charhing. I've tried to change the cable and different pc's but nothing works. It was already once even in maintenance. Please help me!

I recently bought an iPad Mini but it won't sync with my latest iTunes version
So, i bought the new iPad mini like 2 weeks ago, and yesterday I decided to sync, so I updated my iTunes version and then proceeded to connect the iPad in order to sync it. When connected, it says it's not charging next to the battery sign, but it is recognized by my laptop and iTunes, because it shows "Adriana's iPad". When I choose to sync, it says it's syncing but it really doesn't, and also, when I try to see the content of my iPad in the iTunes, it's all gray and It won't show ANYTHING! what do i do?

Cannot log onto gmail using mail feature for ipad mini ipad or iphone .
This started happening yesterday. It affected my Iphone ipad mini and Ipad at the same time. I thought someone hacked my account so I changed my passwords, confirmed my setting but still Mail says the settings are wrong. Is anyone else experienceing this problem?

How to copy photos from iPad 1 to XP system
I transferred some photos quite some time ago from a Windows system to iPad1 which doesn't have a camera built in. When I connect the iPad1 with iTunes to a Windows system, I can only see images of the two home pages of the iPad. I can't see the photo files I transfered.
I have since lost the original photos that I stored in an external drive. I want to salvage a copy from the iPad1. How can I go about it?

Using Apple Remote app on my IPhone and iPad to control play of music from my new I Macminii. One feature I especially liked was ability to access Radio feature under more tab. About two weeks ago this feature stopes working.
I have been using apple remote on my iPhone and iPad to control music playing from my apple mini. It used to be able to play radio under the "more" tab but this feature stopped working about two weeks ago. It just shows "loading" message. This happens on both by iPad and iPhone. Any ideas what could have caused this? I can still. Control music play from my local iTunes library on my Mac mini.

Why won't my music load onto my iPad
I just bought an iPad. All was working well till I relized my music wasn't there. So I tried opening the iTunes app and went to purchessed and tried to load all songs but when I checked my music library because it said that all songs were downloaded, none of my songs were there. Then, I tried manually dragging and dropping on my computer and not only did the songs not load, it also said my iPad wasnt charging. What is going on and what do I do to fix it?

Cannot connect second iPad to wireless
we have always had two iPads (and two Blackberries) connected to our home email. Since Shaw's outage a few months back, we were only able to connect one iPad and one Blackberry. Have resolved the Blackberry issue, but cannot connect the second iPad to our wi fi. Called Shaw and they said it was an Apple issue. Did anyone else have this issue? How did you resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Imessage on Ipad mini
Imessage seem to be useless . When I try to send a new message it starts and then gets hung at about the very end I then get a message saying not delivered . i know from reading alot of people haveing the same problem . I can use everything else fine on the ipad . i tried everything people suggested but no luck .
If I receive a message I seem to be able to reply and keep the conversation going . If say the next day I delete the whole conversation and try to start a new one to another ipad the message gets hung up

iPad 2 won't let me access it.
I have an iPad 2. My wife went to use it and it has iOS 6 as the wallpaper. The code entry doesn't come up at all. I can't do anything to get off of this screen. I've tried doing a hard restart several times, and that is doing nothing. Anyone have an idea what is going on, or how to reboot this thing.

IPad Not Properly Connecting with MacBook Pro
Hey there, guys! I need your help!
I just bought the iPad (4th generation). I seemed to have some difficutlies with it from the beginning. Even though I have the same Apple ID on all three devices (iPhone 5, MacBook Pro, and iPad), iCloud would not sync the three of them. I haven't a clue why. Documents and Data is turned on, etc. It's all set up, it's just not syncing (and yes, it's all connected to WiFi!). A strange thing did happened, though. After I elected to use iCloud on my iPad, all of my contacts on my iPhone erased! But that's the only sort of communication any of my devices will have.
I just tried to connect my iPad to my MacBook to transfer over some music for my upcoming 10-hour flight (zZzzzZ), and my MacBook won't even recognize the iPad. For the last hour and a half, this is what my iTunes has looked like:

What do I do?! I really hope this iPad isn't faulty =0[
